Watch waitlist
When you join the Watch waitlist, the server validates your email and consent and stores the normalized address, consent, optional notice code, available UTM source/medium/campaign values, and timestamps in Neon/PostgreSQL. Email delivery outcomes are recorded separately. The waitlist does not request or store sensitive tax information.
Status and attribution
A random, HttpOnly browser cookie lets the app check whether this browser has a saved signup; it contains no email address. The signup stores the available first-touch and last-touch UTM attribution. Persistent rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the request IP and an hourly counter.
Before launch
This draft still requires legal review of data retention, deletion, analytics, processors, user rights, and contact details. The current dashboard is a temporary demo and does not persist its notice/task content.
